# EZ-Runner (#5) YTD Parts Sold From/ Parts Sold To

**Purpose**  
These charts track **year-to-date (YTD) sales and purchases** against the prior year. They highlight both monthly fluctuations and cumulative performance, giving a clear view of how the current year is stacking up against history.

**Key Metrics**

- **Parts Sold / Purchased** – Monthly transaction volumes.
- **Month-over-Month Difference** – Bars showing whether monthly performance increased or decreased from the prior month.
- **YTD Cumulative – Current vs. Prior Year** – Trend lines showing year-to-date totals compared with last year.

**Insights to Look For**

- **Momentum tracking**: Positive month-over-month differences show growth; negative values highlight slowdowns.
- **Annual progress**: The cumulative lines make it easy to see if you are ahead or behind last year’s pace.
- **Seasonality patterns**: Spikes or dips in particular months may repeat annually, offering clues for planning inventory and sales strategies.
