EZ-Runner (#6) Sold Parts Graded / Purchased Parts Graded

Purpose
This card tracks grading activity on both sold and purchased parts, highlighting quality percentages and grading outcomes. They help measure the consistency of product quality and whether issues are more prevalent on purchased parts or outgoing sales.

Key Metrics

  • # Parts Sold/Purchased Grades – Number of parts graded in each category.

  • % Quality – Quality score from graded parts, indicating reliability.

  • # Stock/Vendor Return Grades – Instances where graded parts were returned and graded.

  • # Yard Grades – Number of parts graded.

  • % Quality Yard – Quality percentage based on yard-graded parts.

  • Trading Network Averages – Benchmarks for graded volume and quality across reporting periods.

Insights to Look For

  • Sales vs. purchase quality: A gap between sold part quality and purchased part quality can highlight whether issues originate from vendors or in-house processes.

  • Yard performance: Yard grading percentages often reflect internal operational standards, consistent low grading suggests effective in-house quality control.
