Using ConnectWise (Screen Connect)
When you are working with EZ-Suite support they may ask you to join a screen connection software we use called ConnectWise. This software can be used on mobile devices and PC’s to allow our team to access what you are seeing in live time and make any needed adjustments.

Downloading ConnectWise
1.You can use ConnectWise via a mobile application or on your PC using their software.
On a mobile device you will need to navigate to the Google Play Store and then search for ConnectWise Control. If needed download the app or select “Open” to begin use.
On a PC you will want to open Google Chrome and navigate to the URL: ez.screenconnect.com
2. Once you have opened the mobile application, or navigated to ez.screenconnect.com, you will be asked to “Join with a code”. EZ Support will provide you with the code needed to continue.
3.After entering the code, select “Join” and your device will prompt you for any needed additional downloads or permissions before connecting you to EZ Support.
On the mobile application you will simply approve any needed device permissions and then you should be connected to EZ Support. You will see the “Live Capture Mode” screen before Support takes control of the device.
On Google Chrome you will need to select “Save” and then follow the on-screen directions to join ConnectWise. You may need to select the application and download and, if prompted, select “Run”. You will then be connected to EZ Support and they will be able to view and control that device.
