Correcting Unknown Addresses

If an order imports with an unrecognized address you will need to correct that stop before proceeding

User's will occasionally experience issues with address's that EZ-Route does not recognize. In these cases the address will need to be corrected before EZ-Route can properly route the truck in the routing screen.

The first indicator that a dispatcher needs to correct an address is when they see the following message on the route.

Error Calculating

When the dispatcher clicks on the route with the error, they will find 1 or more stops with a red vertical bar to the left of the name as shown below.

Simply click on the red box to select the address you would like to apply to this stop. Once the address is selected click “Update” to save the address.

If none of the suggested address's are correct you can type in the address in the field on the map.

Note that in some cases an address will imports but not match what we have in EZ Suite. This will result in the Red box being a Teal box, simply hover your cursor over the box for more direction.
