# Downloading EZ Runner Tools

## How and where to download the EZ Runner Tools mobile application for return requests and grades

1\. Downloading for Android devices on Google Play.

• Go to the Google Play Store and search “EZRunner Tools” and select the app created by StepMobile.

2\. Downloading for Apple devices in the App Store.  
• Search EZRunnerTools in the App Store.

3\. Once the App is downloaded you can open it and enter your email and password. If you do not know this information, contact an Admin or EZ Route support for more help.

**Note that sometimes an app store can choose not to display some apps, if you are unable to find this app specifically you can attempt to search for EZ Route and then locate all of the apps created by StepMobile.**
