Key Metrics
-
Created Order Count – Total orders generated within the last 14 days.
-
Completed Order Count – Orders fully processed and finished.
-
In Process Order Count – Orders currently active but not yet completed.
-
Cancelled Order Count – Orders that were initiated but later cancelled.
-
Date Range Slider – Allows users to adjust the window (default 14 days) to view shorter or longer recent activity trends.
Insights to Look For
-
Workload balance: Compare created vs. completed counts to see if operations are keeping up with demand.
-
Backlog monitoring: A high number of in-process orders may indicate staffing or workflow bottlenecks.
-
Cancellations: Track how often orders are being cancelled and whether this is trending up or down.
-
Short-term performance: Use the sliding date range to drill into weekly or bi-weekly activity patterns for a quick performance check.
