Pinnacle Automated Orders
EZ can work directly with orders in Pinnacle to do the following.
- Automatically Populate Work Orders in Order Manager
- Pull in changes or revisions of an order.
- Generate Invoices
- Select Alternate Parts from EZ and correct the original work order.
- Mark Parts as received
- Mark Parts as delivered
Automatically Populate Work Orders in Order Manager
When you write up a work order you will need to make sure you select a valid delivery option and then hit save. Simply saving the work order will prompt it to appear in EZ QC.
Pull in Changes or Revisions of an Order
If a change is made to a work order in Pinnacle, EZ will carry that over into Order Manager. For instance, you can add notes or update the delivery options inside of the Pinnacle work order and that will be reflected within Order Manager. You can also cancel orders or remove specific line items and we will adjust the orders in EZ accordingly.
In the case where an order needs a line item updated, whether that be an in-stock part or PO, you can do the following.
Open the work order > Choose alternate item (top left) > Choose new part or new PO.
This will cancel the old part from the order in Pinnacle and that cancellation will reflect in EZ.
