# EZ-QC (Sales #15) Cancelled Orders by Salesperson

**Purpose**  
This card shows the **total number and dollar value of cancelled orders per salesperson**, helping managers identify where lost sales are occurring. It highlights both volume and financial impact of cancellations, allowing for better evaluation of process breakdowns, customer issues, or salesperson practices.

**Key Metrics**

- **Order Amount (Sum)** – Dollar value of cancelled orders attributed to each salesperson.
- **Orders Cancelled (Count)** – Number of cancelled orders, shown as a line graph overlay.
- **Monthly Comparison** – Tracks cancellations across multiple months.
- **Ranking by Salesperson** – Highlights which salespeople are driving the highest or lowest cancellation activity.

**Insights to Look For**

- **High cancellation drivers**: Salespeople with consistently high cancellation amounts may require closer review.
- **Financial impact**: Large spikes in dollar value cancelled orders show where cancellations are hurting revenue most.
- **Process issues**: A high cancellation count may signal quoting, fulfillment, or inventory issues rather than salesperson behavior alone.
- **Performance patterns**: Compare this chart with the **Completed Orders by Sales Person** card to see whether cancellations are proportionate to total activity or unusually high for certain individuals.
- **Month-to-month changes**: Spikes in cancellation activity in specific months may point to supply chain or operational challenges.
