  • Sales Amount / % of Total Sales – Revenue generated from those deliveries.

  • Average Sale per Stop – Dollar value per delivery stop.

  • Stop Time in Minutes – Total time spent at customer stops.

  • Delivery Count / % of Total Deliveries – Number and share of successful deliveries completed.

  • Pickup Count / % of Total Pickups – Reverse logistics activity tied to the same customers.

  • Drive Time in Minutes – Total time spent driving routes.

Insights to Look For

  • Customer-level profitability: Average sale per stop helps identify which customers/routes are more lucrative.

  • Delivery-to-pickup ratio: High pickup counts relative to deliveries may signal frequent returns or exchanges.

  • Time efficiency: Comparing stop time and drive time helps evaluate how much time is being spent on customer interaction versus on the road.

  • Revenue concentration: If one customer accounts for most sales/deliveries, it may signal strong reliance on that account.
