EZ-Route (#6) Completed Deliveries by Truck

Purpose
This card shows the share of completed deliveries by truck, helping managers see how workload is distributed across the fleet. It highlights whether deliveries are balanced or concentrated on certain routes.

Key Metrics

  • Delivery Count (Sum) – Total deliveries completed per truck.

  • Truck Identifier – Route or truck name, showing which vehicle handled the deliveries.

  • % of Total Deliveries – Proportion of total deliveries completed by each truck.

Insights to Look For

  • Workload balance: Even splits across trucks show healthy distribution. If one truck consistently carries more load, it may indicate resource imbalance or geographic demand differences.

  • Capacity utilization: Trucks with lower delivery counts may be underutilized, suggesting opportunities to rebalance routes or add deliveries.

  • Operational efficiency: Comparing delivery counts by truck over time helps spot performance consistency or shifts in demand coverage.

  • Risk management: Heavy reliance on a single truck increases exposure if that vehicle/route is disrupted.
