Defining some commonly used terms in EZ-Route
Clear – The Clear button in the Routes bar will remove all the stops on any route that has not been published.
Map.. – Map.. in the Routes bar allows you to quickly change which truck or groups of trucks are being displayed on the map.
Optimize All – Reorganizes all trucks to run the most efficient delivery route.
Validate All – This button is only for yards that are using EZ QC. Validate All will check to make sure all orders have moved to a complete status in Order Manager.
Publish All – Publishes all truck routes in Routing to Tracking.
Refresh – Updates the data in Routing to check for orders that have been sent in.
Complete – Allows you to manually mark any order on the truck as completed.
Add Stop – Manually creates a delivery stop for the selected truck route.
Reverse – Completely reverses the order of delivery stops to from last to first.
Validate - This button is only for yards that are using EZ QC. Validate will check to make sure all orders have moved to a complete status in Order Manager.
Publish – Individually publishes the selected route.
Optimize – Reorganizes the stops of the selected truck to run the most efficient delivery route.
Print All – Prints the manifest for each route.
Print Manifest – Prints the manifest for the selected route.
Reconcile – Prints a current reconciliation report for the selected route.
Notify – Provides a tool for you to manually notify end customers of their estimated delivery times once the route has been published.
D – is the number of total Deliveries for an entire route or at an individual stop.
P – is the number of Pickups for an entire route or at an individual stop.
L – is the number of designated Large Parts which add time to a specific stop.
A square shaped stop indicates a Pickup
A circular stop indicates a Delivery
The star on the map is the Start/End point of the route
An arrow indicates the current truck location.
