Invalid Site ID code 5

What is a Site ID code 5 and how to resolve this issue

This error is the result of the EZ Service on your Powerlink service stopping. Please stop and restart this service on your Powerlink server.

Restarting the Hollander Service

The Hollander EZservice is a service installed on your Hollander server that will allow EZ Suite to receive orders from Hollander.

INVALID SITE ID for Hollander Sites
This simply means that the EZ Servers cannot communicate with a Hollander Server/ Powerstation. This requires the EZService to be restarted on the machine. The Hollander yard can do this on their own server or by contacting Hollander Support for the Powerstation.

1. You will need to navigate to your computers Services. Search for “Services” in the Start menu and select it.

2. Once your Services window is open, scroll through the list and locate EZService. It is common that the service may say “Running” when it has actually stopped functioning.

3. Once the service has been selected you will be presented with options to Stop, Start, or Restart the service.

4. To fully restart the service, execute the following.
• Select EZService
• Select STOP the service
• Select START the service

5.Once you have stopped and then started the EZService it should be running again and the connection with EZ Suite will be restored.
