The process of marking parts as received in EZ and how that receives those parts within Pinnacle.
EZ-QC can mark your brokered parts as received in Pinnacle when they are received in either EZ Runner or QC. As PO’s are written and saved in Pinnacle, they enter EZ as an order with a quality status of Waiting on Broker. This means the order has not yet arrived at your facility. Once the order arrives it will need to be received in one of two ways.
- If you are utilizing EZ Runner for a trading group your orders will scan off the runner truck and be received in EZ-QC automatically. This is conditional on the PO number and the part on the EZ-Runner tag matching the order in EZ QC. If matching it will automatically receive and move the Order to a quality status of New. Once received in Order Manager it will simultaneously mark those orders as received in Pinnacle.
- If the order does not automatically get received in EZ QC, you can simply highlight one or more orders and right click to receive those orders. This will push them into a quality status of New and mark them as received in Pinnacle.
