Opening and Reviewing a Claim

Explanation of how to use the claims module in EZ Runner

Note that your user permissions must include the ability to Process Claims to use this feature
1. Locate the order that has been damaged in transit and confirm that you are the selling yard for the damaged part.

2. Once the order is selected, locate Claims from the tabs across the middle of the screen, and select Start Claim

3. First you will be presented with the terms of a claim. Make sure to fully read and understand all the terms and collect any necessary documents before selecting Accept to continue. Once you input all relevant information your order will continue to display that information under Claims.

Once the claim is submitted you can find the order in the Open Claims Search, it will display the claim status in a Claim Request box and allow you to interact directly with the shipping company for any needed information. It will show Pending, Denied, Approved, or Denied Pending More Information.

5. You can quickly view Open Claims from the Searches, or you can use the Advance Search to include open or closed claims.
