How to use EZ Runner Tools to create return requests and grade parts
1. When you first open the app, you will need to enter an email and password that corresponds with a user in EZ Suite. This user must have permission to create return requests and grade parts to be able to log in.
2. Once you are logged in you will see a blank white screen displaying Mode and Search with a search box across the top of the screen.
• Clicking on Mode will allow you to change your search from Text Mode to Date Mode (Displayed across the top of the app)
3. You will be able to search and select orders to begin processing for a return or part grading.
• A – This is the search box. You can search for a tracking, invoice or PO number, as well as a given part type
• B – Return will begin a Return Request for the selected order.
• C –Grade will start a part grading for the selected order.
4. When you begin a Return Request you will need to add some information about why the part is being returned.
• You will need to select a Reason, for the Return Request.
• Add some Notes about the part.
• Add a photo or multiple photos to the request.
• Once you have everything filled out you can Cancel to exit or Submit to send the Return Request.
5. When Grading a part, you will also be presented with options to add information about the Grade.
• When you first begin to Grade a part, you will be prompted to choose the type of damage. The list of possible damages will be broken into reasoning for carrier damage or yard damage, respond accordingly.
• Any part grade defect will also ask you to provide more detail by adding a damage grade.
• A – The “X” will remove that defect from the grading.
• B – The photo icon allows you to add more photos of any issue.
• C – Add Defect adds another Defect and Grade to the selected order. This would be used in the case that the order has multiple defects that may have been caused by different reasonings.
• Once you have everything filled out you can Cancel to exit or Submit to enter the Grade.
6. After you have successfully submitted a part Grade or a Return Request, the order will display an icon to signify that it was either Graded, Returned or both.
